Discover the mesmerizing world of fluid acrylics, where color, movement, and creativity collide! In this no experience necessary workshop, you’ll explore the captivating art of poured acrylic painting—a process that’s as freeing as it is fascinating. Watch as vibrant paints flow, swirl, and blend across the canvas, creating stunning organic shapes, intricate patterns, and dreamlike landscapes that seem to appear by magic.
But the pour is just the beginning! You’ll experiment with a variety of additives, tools, and techniques to influence how the paint moves and interacts, learning how to guide the flow while still embracing its natural spontaneity. The focus will be on refining and enhancing your results—transforming each pour into a finished, visually striking work of art.
Whether you’re a seasoned artist or a curious beginner, this workshop invites you to let go, have fun, and experience the joy of creative flow. The possibilities are endless—and the results are always extraordinary.
NOTE:
In addition to the registration fee, students should bring $20 cash to pay for supplies, all of which will be provided for you.
SKILL LEVEL:
This class requires zero experience. It is perfect for beginners, intermediate or advanced level students. Students with any experience level will enjoy this laid-back, low-pressure workshop that will inspire your creativity!
REFUND POLICY:
Ticket purchases to Art League of Hilton Head events are final. Refunds will not be given for missed or classes/workshops.
If a class or workshop is canceled by Art League of Hilton Head a full refund will be given.

| Instructor Bio: |  Born into a family of artists, ALEXANDRA SHARMA learned early a unique awareness of form and space that is manifest in her work. A painter, print maker, sculptor, and art professor, Alexandra has a Fine Arts degree and has studied at the Sorbonne, France, and Oxford University, England. Her work spans over twenty-five years and she is known for unique visual imagery in her paintings and her ability to capture the moment as she works primarily en plein air. Alexandra is a founding member of the Multi Media Arts Guild, Kingston, Canada, and member of Hilton Head Art League, Apple Pie Painters, Northview Group of Artists, and a lifetime member of the American art honorary, Delta Phi Delta.
